Full Property Management

- Carry out 3 monthly inspections of your property

- Prepare tenancy documents in duplicate

- Deal with minor repairs up to a specified cost (costs over our agreed figure would require your approval by obtaining 2 quotes) in an emergency this may be exceeded
- Try to resolve any issues between the tenant, neighbours, landlord, any other 3rd party, collect and forward the rent, sign and give legal notice to the tenant, legal notice to quit, repair, nuisance, remedy the breach of the tenancy agreement
