What counts as an emergency?
An emergency is any situation that poses an immediate risk to your safety or could cause serious damage to the property, such as:
- Uncontainable water leaks or flooding
- Total loss of heating or hot water (in winter months)
- Fire
Important: If you contact a contractor for an issue that is not deemed an emergency, you may be charged for the call-out cost.
